The New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School provides courses to obtain a Connecticut real estate license as well as continuing education for CT real estate.
The New Haven Middlesex Realtors Foundation, Inc. participates in fundraising activities to help our community.

Every two years, CT Real Estate brokers and agents must complete twelve hours of Continuing Education to renew their CT Real Estate license. The 12 hours includes mandatory and elective course requirements.
Once per three year cycle, Realtors must complete the Code of Ethics course to maintain your Realtor membership.
