A Little Bit About Us
We are a REALTOR® trade association dedicated to providing valuable services to our members so that they can better serve their clients and customers.
Our school, the New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School provides the required courses to obtain a Connecticut real estate license. We also provide continuing education for CT real estate licensees who wish to maintain their license. Various designation courses are also offered.
The Association’s charitable affiliate, The New Haven Middlesex Realtors Foundation, Inc. participates in fundraising activities that improve lives in our communities.
The New Haven Middlesex Realtors Foundation
The NHMR Foundation is a non-profit arm of NHMR. The Foundation's mission is "Improving Lives in Our Communities".
NHMR Foundation efforts that will support programs including:
• Diaper Drive for the Diaper Bank of CT
• Grocery Store Gift Cards for families in need
• "Adopt-a-Family" for the Holidays
• NHMR Scholarship Program
